- Stainless steel dish rack and cutlery tray
- Solid Top Works
- Fabricate and install 10ft quartz countertop (includes sink and hob-outs. Skirting) Selection up to 10 design.
- Plumbing Works
- Install exposed stainless steel water pipe in kitchen
- Install kitchen sink with inlet/outlet connections
- Install washing machines inlet/outlet connections
- Painting works
- Paint ceiling with white antimould Matax paint
- General Works
- Haulage of renovation materials
- Disposal and cleaning of renovation debris
- Protect existing flooring with corrugated paper
- Perform chemical wash upon completion of wet works.
